Tayler Marshall practices in the areas of general corporate and real estate transactions, as well as trust and estate matters.
Tayler’s representation of business and corporate clients spans the entire corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, as well as mergers, reorganizations and acquisitions. She has represented clients in a number of industries and professions, including technology, physicians (including individuals and medical groups), and veterinary practices. Her transactional practice also encompasses representing and advising companies and individuals engaged in real property investment and development transactions, including purchase, sale, financing, and exchange of real estate.
Tayler assists clients navigating the administration of a trust or probate estate, both with and without court supervision. She has experience in creditor negotiations, global trust and estate settlements among beneficiaries, and has successfully received approval for real estate transactions subject to strict court supervision. Tayler’s corporate practice lends her additional insight and provides clients with an advantage in trust and probate estates which involve an operating business or ownership interests in various business entities.
Tayler received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2010. She earned her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Tayler served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton, United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
Tayler is a member of the State Bar of California, is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, and is an active member of the Junior League of San Diego.
