Erin Hill maintains a broad civil litigation and advisory practice, with a focus on business disputes, real estate matters, and trust and probate litigation. Erin’s approach is defined by careful preparation and strategic foresight. She combines a deep understanding of her clients’ objectives with a sharp awareness of how opposing parties are likely to proceed. Her methodical style ensures that no risk or opportunity is overlooked, allowing her to stay consistently ahead in even the most complex matters. This disciplined, proactive approach enables Erin to provide her clients with confident, well-prepared representation at every stage of a dispute.
Erin's experience spans a wide range of matters, including commercial and real estate disputes, professional malpractice claims, insurance coverage matters, negligence and business torts, and trust and estate controversies. This breadth of experience allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to each matter, whether navigating a straightforward contract disagreement or managing a complex, multi-party dispute.
After receiving her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Erin earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board and externed for the Honorable Nita L. Stormes of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Erin continues engaging in the San Diego legal community as an active member of the Lawyers Club of San Diego.
