Brigitte Duggan is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on business, commercial, and employment litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Brigitte practiced at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP in San Diego, where she handled toxic tort and employment matters.
Brigitte earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. She was a member of the San Diego Journal of Climate & Energy Law and served as a mentor to first year law students. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from California State University San Marcos, with degrees in history and political science, and was recognized with the Outstanding Political Science Graduate Award.
Brigitte is a member of the State Bar of California and the Lawyers' Club of San Diego. In her free time, she enjoys running and reading for her book club.
