Scott Gattenio practices in the areas of corporate transactions, formations, and maintenance, as well as estate planning.
Scott’s corporate practice involves a broad range of corporate matters including formations, maintenance, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. He also advises clients regarding software as a service and data privacy, and assists in the negotiation and drafting of contracts.
Scott guides clients through the estate planning and trust administration process. He designs and drafts estate plans based upon the client’s family and business needs, as well as their charitable giving desires.
Scott graduated summa cum laude from Barrett the Honors College at Arizona State University with a B.A. in Business Law and a B.S. in Marketing. He returned to San Diego where he earned his law degree from the University of San Diego. Prior to joining the firm, Scott worked for a San Diego estate planning firm where he counseled clients on how to best protect their assets. Scott interned for the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California, and a software as a service company based in San Francisco.
Scott is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association.
