Caleb Betts practices in the areas of corporate and business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, entity formation and governance.
Caleb graduated cum laude and with Honors from Occidental College, receiving his B.A. in Politics in 2018. He was awarded his law degree with a Corporate Concentration from Loyola Law School in 2022, where he served as Vice President of Loyola's Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Start-Ups Club and 3L Representative of the Day Student Bar Association. While in law school, Caleb worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Richard T. Fields of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District and as a law clerk for a boutique corporate law firm where he handled various corporate, intellectual property, and entertainment law matters.
Excellence in service towards clients and the broader community is a core value of Caleb's legal practice. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit focused on promoting arts-based education for children, where he previously served as the Director of Community Engagement.
Caleb is a member of the State Bar of California.
